Remodeling Questions
Yes, our proposals are free! We schedule our sales professional to come out and meet with you to review your project. We will get you a budget price based on your project. If you choose Spotless Solutions to be your contractor, we collect a $250 deposit and set you up with a design meeting to help fine tune your project and get you on our schedule.
Yes. Because we want to make sure our customers and employees are fully protected, we are registered in the state of Pennsylvania, fully insured, bonded, and carry workers compensation for all of our employees. All sub-contractors that we partner with are held to the same standards and expectations.
We do kitchen remodeling, basement remodeling, bathroom remodeling, custom/finish carpentry, decks, and home additions.
Project duration varies based on the size and scope of your project. All of our projects are built with a work-order so that you are aware of what’s happening at each stage and how long it will take.
In addition to our talented crew who is employed with us directly, we do work with a select group of sub-contracters. We exclusively partner with sub-contractors who align with our expectations of quality and customer service.
